- Guests will receive a full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in day.
- If guests cancel from 29 to 15 days before check-in day, 50% fee would be charged.
- If guests cancel from 14 to 05 days before check-in day, 80% fee would be charged.
- If guests cancel from 04 days before or do not come on check-in day, the service fee is non-refundable.
